Since early 1993, Mr. Victor Alonso has been an integral part of the Home Building Industry where he has designed various projects starting from 800 sq ft to 8000 sq ft. for both production and custom home builders including Build On your Lot (BOL) projects. I can provide 2-d CAD drafting services for presentation drawings, design development drawings, construction documents, HOA approvals documents, and even additions. So what can I do for you? You already know the way your future home should look in your mind, but when it comes to putting all the pieces together it doesn't seem to work. Call me to get your custom home plan design drawn properly. I will take your plan and elevation ideas and turn them into your own vision of what you want your home to be. I provide people a chance to work with an Architectural Designer at an affordable rate, taking your ideas and developing them into a complete set of plans that you can give your builder, get building permits, and to submit for HOA approval (Home Owners Association). A complete set of drawings includes the following for only 60 cents a square foot (Covered Roof).:
Now if all you need is a sample floor plan or a test design, we can provide a designer set for as little as $400 to get things rolling. (This includes First and Second Note Pages with Overall Dimensions). Now if you have a design, or like something you see, you can email your documents for a quote. Just simply scan your documents at 200 dpi (dots per inch) and save as jpg or tiff and email them. I can email you a quote within 24 hours. At the end of a project, your final set of plans will be supplied in either 11x17 or 24x36 in Adobe PDF Files. These files can simply be taken to any Kinko’s (or In House) and plotted as many times as you like. I don’t put restrictions on reproductions. So as a Home Builder….. Build it as many times as you like. The Stipulation: Mr. Victor Alonso will hold the right to utilize the plans as needed to reproduce for other customers or for his own building design company as needed. Building Company? Yes....
